Bali always presents me with the opportunity to pull out my best resort wear. My style is largely boho and feminine, as it empowers me and makes me feel right at home. I always try to pack light, breathable pieces when I am in that tropical paradise so that I will not just look good but feel good too. Here is a round up of my outfits during my recent trip!
A black dress is always classic and it couldn’t have been done better with a full cotton maxi in floral print. I went for a flowy silouhette with ribbon tie details at the shoulder, paired with a pair of comfortable slip ons and a beaded bag.
Bohemian style? Sign me up. I love a good boho style during summer and this dress is everything. From the color, to the fit and the small ribbon tie details at the front and back, this dress from SPELL is an absolute dream. Pair it with nude styling pieces like my basic mules from Klarra and you are good to go!
They say dress according to your mood. One morning I woke up and I knew I wanted to go all out on colours. I ended up a walking rainbow that day. This fitted maxi dress is figure hugging and captivating on its own. I love the gold threading that brings out the glam in the basic silhouette. I paired this dress with some intricate gold accessories from wanderlust and co and a pair of black sandal heels to complete the look.
I don’t think that we can have too much dresses for summer. This is yet another dress that is perfect for the sweltering weather with its breathable and lightweight fabric. I love the puffy sleeves and the print reminded me of the 80’s! Belt it for a more defined waistline and keep everything else simple and minimal.
Lookin’ so pine in this fun fruit printed top from Song of Style x Revovle. It was not just a conversation starter but it added so much oomph to my mood and energy! Once in a while, I think: Fruit prints ought to be the new floral prints just because it looks so berry cute. I paired it with a pair of black stoned wash denim and a bucket hat for a more quirky touch!
If you know me well enough, I never leave for any trip without a white dress. White dresses dominate my closet and especially those dresses with pretty ruffle details. I love the sheerness of this chiffon maxi with a subtle polka dotted texture. How else will you style a white dress?
For the last sunset in Bali, I selected this satin buttoned down maxi from DVF. It is not only really feminine but it was romantic and classy. The sleeve details were subtle but yet outstanding. I was definitely in my element in this one.
