The Palace of Versailles also known as Château de Versailles was absolutely breathtaking in all senses of it.
From the architecture to the pure and rich history behind it, to the very pristine vibes it mirroed- it was an experience to remember for a long time.
I think this set could be considered a highlight because not only was this shot at one of the most enchanting locations but I’m also wearing an outfit from my favourite designer, Carolina Herrera.
Topped the outfit with a delicate and feminine neck piece from Carolina Herrera’s extraordinary 10-piece Jasmine inspired jewellery collection, in joint collaboration with famous Argentinian artist, Grillo Demo.
Jasmine represents a naturally elegant woman who exudes beauty, is refined and delicate, but at the same time strong and sensual, values that are an intrinsic part of the world of Carolina Herrera.
So honoured to be featuring the Falling Jasmine Collection which marks CH Carolina Herrera’s entry into the world of jewellery and is also a tribute to Carolina’s mother, Mrs. Herrera.
It was a pity that our half day trip to Versailles left us with only enough time to explore the royal palace but the gardens were closed by the time we were done. Got a hundred stares from everyone around me at the massive height of my heels and the grandeur of my outfit but as I made my way through the corridors down to the Hall of Mirrors, I felt wonderfully fitted to my surroundings with that grand, romantic and yet dreamy setting. From the bottom of my heart, there were absolutely no regrets making a trip down here and I would definitely do it again.
