Accommodations in Bali

The Bali island offers a lot of choices for accommodation from resorts to villas and hotels, and I’m very sure that wherever you choose to stay at, you’d have the most fun!  Here’s a short list of the unforgettable accommodations that I stayed at during my trip this time round.

Kicking off this list with COMO Uma Canggu. COMO is widely known across the globe for its stylish laid back accommodations, wellness programs, top-notch service. COMO Uma Canggu is a boho-chic beachfront resort located on Bali’s south coast. Think panoramic views of the soft volcanic sand and rolling waves. If you love the beach and want to experience a surfer’s paradise, COMO Uma Canggu is right up your alley as you may be able to catch the best sunsets along the coasts of Echo Beach The hotel is luxurious with service staff that are extremely friendly and welcoming and the property hosts two pools (one private for guests only, and a public one at their beach club), a pampering spa and an expansive gym space with dedicated pilates and yoga studios.

COMO has its own in-house beach club that is open all day with a bar that serves up original cocktails and mocktails. Grab one chilled drink while you unwind and take in the panoramic view of the breathtaking sunset and the sea at the poolside seating.

Jungle Room ought to be one of the most unique local accommodation cottages made for all-around creatives and life explorers. I was most excited for this accommodation after seeing the images online  and all the hype and buzz around it on Instagram. It certainly did not disappoint! This place is really an aesthetic heaven and it is a great accommodation if you are looking to spend lazy days around the resort. It is a set within a lush green spot in Canggu, made from original Sumatrian houses and wooden furniture sourced from within Indonesia. Each house is unique with it’s own vibe and aesthetic We stayed in Jungle River View, and I selected that because I loved the bright and airy spaces. .. We did my maternity shoot there with Axioo and I cannot wait to share with you guys what went up our sleeves.

Villa Nedine is designed for the ultimate maximum relaxation and it is an eco luxury villa that is 3 levels high, consisting of 4 bedrooms with partial ocean views. Villa Nedine is super spacious and located just a stone throw from the famous spa/massage chain, “therapy”, which we frequented every other day. It is also a five minute walk to the famous beach club La Brisa, and 30 steps away from Nalu Bowls. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the villa as the service staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to buy me pink roses as I needed them for a shoot, they got James and I dinner as James fell sick during our time there, and cooked us a very hearty and pleasant breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. I would highly recommend this villa to big groups with at least 4 pax and it can be booked via The Luxe Nomad!
