So I say, “I’m going to Bangkok next week” and a repetitive response that I tend to get from the people I say this to is, “AGAIN?”.
Hello guys, what do you mean by “AGAIN”?
There will never be finite number of times I’d visit this city: it could be half a dozen other visits this year, and probably even more. No joke.

On one balmy day in Bangkok, I had fully intended to lounge in the comfort of my beautiful room and bust out a full editorial for you guys or smash away my bursting inbox. But I have to admit that I was left too distracted with all that was going on around me: the butler at our doorstep offering me a generous pot of tea, the irresistible and unobstructed poolside view from my floor-to-ceiling room windows, the lounge at the lobby with a Bloody Mary class awaiting for me, the pre-arranged high tea session with Wawa, as well as an amazing dinner spread with wine pairings laid out for before me at the Jojo Italian Restaurant.

St. Regis Bangkok continues the St. Regis heritage while being inspired by innovations of time, creating
an experience beyond luxurious, with a personal round-the-clock butler service to take care of personal needs and preferences.
I had a plate of delectable mango sticky rice delivered to my room every night; I had someone straighten my outfits before shoots every morning, and I had someone to turn to for any request I had. There was not a request that was too small or unattainable to fulfil in the eyes of them.
I was impressed beyond words.

In sheer contrast to the bustling bangkok streets, crowded malls, and atmospheric little towns, it was refreshing to come home from a full day in the blistering heat to a gratifying different world altogether. I always looked forward to the nightly spa sessions before turning into bed. It was almost like a private sanctuary in soothing sand and cream tones with accents of soft white leather and silvery Thai silk. Soaking in baths (Jacuzzis, cold plunge pools and experience showers with a personalised selection of water pressure, lighting and music) certainly helped me to decompress and unwind.

Above all the amazing attributes of St. Regis Bangkok, it’s ideally situated location in the heart of Bangkok city made this stay an incredible joy. A 10 minute walk to Central World, 15-20 minute walk to Platinum Mall, a train stop away to Siam area, there couldn’t have been a more perfect location to be situated in.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, St. Regis Bangkok!
