Supporting World Down Syndrome Day

In collaboration with MINDS Singapore, Some Days At Home proudly joins the International Down Syndrome (DS) community in support of wearing colorful socks on this special day dedicated to raise awareness about Down Syndrome.

Put on your favourite sock today as a way to lend your support and encourage conversation about how unique and amazing people with down syndrome are!

The lack of understanding with regards to the challenges individuals with down syndrome face across their lifetimes definitely raises a need for awareness on this topic!
I personally feel that every single individual should stand a fair chance at life, be given equal opportunities and be treated with utmost love and respect in spite of their shortcomings.

Take a pic of yourself with your pair of socks, tag @sgminds and include these hashtags #WorldDownSyndromeDay #WDSD19 #LeaveNoOneBehind #SGWDSD to take part in this movement to amplify the global outreach!
